Hey, you don't know me but I've actually been a long-time fan of your artwork since forever ago and am also friends with Katie dear. I graduated from BYU in visual arts and I remember you coming to my art criticism class and showing us a slideshow of your work and the progression of what eventually became your MFA show. I LOVED the personal, deep meaning that so many pieces seemed to hold for you and I felt like I could relate on a very real, similarly personal level. I'm now in my last year at Marylhurst University getting my masters in art therapy counseling, and as I look back, I think hearing you discuss your show and the healing power of both the art making process and product was the first real trigger for me in linking art with therapy that eventually led me to where I am today. So wow- that was probably WAY more than you ever wanted to know but I just wanted to say thank you for being you and making such great, meaningful work. Also...I happened to catch you bashing around NYC with Stacey and Clinton a few years ago and was craughing (crying + laughing) through the whole episode. So thanks for that as well. loves, sam card.

Beautiful pictures! Beautiful family!! :) I love River's faces.
Looks like a fun trip. I really like River's expression in the Bjorn.
I thought she looked cute at Jed's wedding too, but a little more serious. Maybe it was all the people.
That trip looks so pretty. Ryan has always talked about the windrivers to me. He used to go there evey year with his family. I am yet to visit.
She has grown so much!
Just thought you should know...our "deed" has been reported.
Hey! How are you guys?! This is the first time I've seen your little girl! She is beautiful! Congrats!
